This week is finals week for me- only two more classes left after this semester! I had a paper due tonight and picked up a take-home final that is due Friday. I have another take-home final due tomorrow (Wednesday), which I’ll put a few finishing touches on at work tomorrow. I am very thankful that I only had take-home finals/papers this semester because I just don’t think my brain has the power or space right now to retain a ton of info. I feel like my mind is constantly racing with moving and house-selling stuff- there’s just so much to do!!
I signed up for Amanda’s Holiday Bootie Buster Challenge, which started yesterday. I wasn’t able to get a workout in yesterday, but I did get my car back from its stay in the body shop- yay! Tonight when I got home from a very short class, I got on the treadmill for a 5 mile run. It felt awesome!! My sweet husband replaced the belt on the treadmill today so it’s back in working order. I stretched for 15 minutes and tried to work out a kink in my right hamstring- anyone have any awesome hamstring stretches?
With all of this stuff on my mind, it’s really important to me to get regular workouts in. When my mind is racing, I have MAJOR trouble sleeping, so it helps if I wear myself out by working out hard.
Time for bed – let’s hope I can actually fall asleep!
